Jamestown Cottage

Well, we really tore the roof off this project - quite literally.  Pastore Builders renovated this house during the fall and through the winter of 2013.  The structure turned out to be somewhat of a DIY project (the previous owners were...), so once we got in there, we replaced framing, shored up footings, added much needed insulation and replaced nearly every pipe and wire in the house. 

This is a charming show stopper that has won multiple awards and we can see why.  The property reflects our client's love of gardening while the interiors flow together to create a quintessential beach cottage.
